What happens when I place an order?
When you place your order at cordoning.com you will receive an order confirmation from us within one working day. In this order confirmation you will find the estimated time for departure for your order and contact details from one of our sales-represantatives. Please check all details for your order and make sure they are correct.
Credit check
We always check your credit rating before we approve your order. If this is not approved we offer you the option of prepayment.

How do I pay for my order and how much does it cost?
Our prices are displayed without VAT

Shipping
You can check delivery and packing cost in your shopping cart on cordoning.com. Our freight prices concern delivery in Central Europe. Minimum cost for freight is 19 euro. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery or freight cost.

Payment methods
We offer payment by invoice, Paypal or prepayment.

Invoice
Full payment of the invoice is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. The purchased goods remain the property of Snelder Gruppen AB untill we have received your full payment.

Interest on overdue payment
Interest on overdue payment is 8% on a yearly base.

When do I receive my order and how is it shipped?

Lead times
Our products are produced after you have placed your order and the average lead time is 14 working days.

Delivery
We deliver every product as soon as we can, which can mean that your order is delivered in several different batches.
We use DPD as our standard transport partner to make sure you receive your goods in time and in good condition. Deliveries daily between 08.00 and 17.00. Deliveries are made on street level.

If you have your own freight agreement and wish your delivery is sent using your own account, please put al neccessary information on your order confirmation.
Order notification
Contact us if you would like our freight forwarder to contact you about your delivery beforehand.
There are three ways to contact the receiver of the goods:
1 SMS - Only if receivers mobile number is available
2 Buyer receives an SMS with a proposal for day of delivery. If buyer agrees with proposed date of delivery he can reply the SMS by texting OK at the latest at 19.00 at the same day
3 If buyer wants to change the day of delivery he can agree on new day of delivery by contacting the freight forwarder or collect the goods at the terminal
4 Land line phone - In case no mobile number is available
5 Letter - If freight forwarder cannot contact buyer a letter willl be sent
For private deliveries this option is obligatory
Shipping insurance:
All products sent with cordoning.com freight agreement are insured. If client wishes to use their own freight agreement our insurance is not valid.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces.
Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Please make sure to write notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) on the delivery receipt
In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 7 days of your delivery.

Who can I contact in the rare event that things are not as they should be?

Shipping damage
Contact us if your delivery is damaged during shipping. We will help you. Please check above, always check your delivery.

Warranty information 
All of our products come with a 3 year long warranty on functionality and manufacturing defects from the day of purchase.

Return Policy
If you change your mind after making a purchase, you can return your product unused within 7 days. All we ask is that you bring/send your receipt and return it in its original packaging. Please note that it is the buyer that arranges and pays for the shipping cost. This applies only for our regular products. Custom made orders can not be returned. Please contact us for more information.

What more should I know?

Limitation of liability  
Snelder Gruppen AB cannot be held accountable for damages such as loss of turnover or other costs other then the delivered goods. The limited warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

Exclusions  
We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes, errors or other deficiencies in the site and the content and disclaim all liability in respect of your use of the site and the content to the fullest extent possible in each applicable jurisdiction. Belt colours may have another colour on the site then in reality.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and construction of our products. And failures beyond our control.

Delays in delivery
When your delivery is delayed you have the right to cancel your order. We do not cover any loss of turnover.

We continuously have special offers. These offers are unique and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
